At Roselle Boutique, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return. This document explains our return policy clearly.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intent of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Request your return by contacting us at care.roselleboutique@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to ensure delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 30 days using the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
